In June this year Melissa Williams’ friend Ben came off his motorbike and fractured his neck. Thankfully his spinal cord has survived intact and he’ll make a full recovery but as Melissa say’s “accidents do happen and not everyone will be as lucky as Ben”. So, on June 27th Melissa is running in the Age Run in Melbourne, raising funds for research and dedicating her run to Ben and everyone who has sustained a spinal cord injury. A week to go and she’s already raised over $1300! Thank you Melissa.
