11 hours 56 minutes:

• 3.8km Swim - 1hr 11 mins
• 180km Cycle - 6hrs 15mins, and
• 42km Run - 4hrs 30mins

... and no cramps,
nor has he been put off triathlons !

Ben would like to thank

Ben chose us as his
charity because he has
friends who have been
affected by spinal
injury.

He says that
this type of
injury can be
prejudicing
to young people
via motor vehicle
accidents or by
pursuing riskier
sporting activities
(surfing, rugby,
cycling) that many
of us take
for granted.

Combined with 2005's fundraising, Ben has raised $1037.60.
