Conditioner for Canterbury Bulldogs (1976-1987).
Conditioner for North Sydney Bears (1974-1975).
North Sydney Bears (1972-1973). Coached by Noel ‘Ned’ Kelly where Dave captained the side for a number of games and retired at the end of the season.
Cronulla Sharks (1967-1972). Cronulla was promoted to 1st grade competition in 1967. Dave was a member of the original side that played against East’s at the old Sports Ground.
- Balmain Tigers (1962-1966). Last game was the 1966 Grand Final against St. George.
